Pedestrian & Light Vehicular Access Doors

The MK5 range is the perfect answer for all your pedestrian and light vehicle doorways, manufactured to requirements from unique cost efficient modular componentry.

Door Selection

SWINGFLEX MK5 doors are suitable for opening sizes up to 3000mm high and 3000mm wide for double door arrangements.

The action of the Mk5 door allows people or trolleys to quietly push through from either direction, with the door returning to the closed position automatically.

Features include . . . . . .

1. Doors swing both ways, and return to a closed position automatically by a heavy duty concealed spring assembly, complete with adjustable torque control.
2. Option of clear or translucent flexible PVC, which is free from any heavy metals, and manufactured using the safest DINP plasticiser, and is available in 5mm or 7mm thick panels. For pairs, the panels overlap by 100mm in the centre.
3. Clear anodised aluminium stiles and head brackets. These will not rust and provide an “easy to clean” surface. Option of powdercoating is available in many colours to suit your decor.
4. The option of twin brush sealing, or neoprene seals between the doors’ stile and head to the jamb.
5. Ability to be side mounted to jamb.
6. Fully adjustable pivoting jack.
7. Option of a magnetic hold open device.

Swingflex Model MK6

The MK6 Selection is the most flexible solution to a heavy duty impact door for openings used by motorised Forklifts. Manufactured to your specific requirements from cost effective modular componentry.

Door Selection

SWINGFLEX Door Model MK6 is a heavy duty unit designed for motorised traffic. The recommended size range from 2400 to 3600mm in height and 2000 to 3000mm in width. Higher opening sizes can be accommodated by adopting a flexible transome flap above.

2. Hands free operation, door opens with a gentle push and closes automatically behind you;
